It is essential that you provide the highest quality possible, so that the print will be at the finest quality and thus, the perfect present. Let's agree on how your photo should look:
Select a high-resolution picture (about 1 MB) with enough lighting so the printer can replicate somewhat the same quality.
Ensure that the image is not pixelated or blurry.
Choose a photograph that is well-framed, i.e. the subject(s) is inside the frame. While uploading your picture, you will have the option to rearrange it.
Avoid recapturing from a contact print, film still, or photographic print, since the image quality will not be optimal.
We got the wrong size the first time (my error) and they were awesome about getting us the size chart to let us know what size we needed. We got it yesterday and spent an hour just looking at it and reliving our wedding. Thanks for the wonderful keepsake!

I wish I realized it wasn’t as big as I thought. I thought I ordered a larger one. It is great for my desk at work but not on the wall I wanted to hang it on. Is there a way to order a bigger one?

I absolutely loved this special treasure that I had made for my father for Christmas. I lost my mother to Cancer in May and I wanted to give my father something for their anniversary that portrayed their life together. It was a beautiful Christmas even if she were not here, we felt her presence . I was a wonderful anniversary gift to him that I know he will cherish! My parents were married 60 years ago on Christmas Day!

I was skeptical when I ordered this as I had never used anything like it before and it was slightly last minute. When it arrived in Christmas Eve I was absolutely thrilled! Great website with tons of gift ideas. The only thing I wish was that there was a pic of what was ordered on the invoice.
